Hello everyone!

There have been characters who have moved up in Hogwarts, as well as characters who have left Hogwarts. But applications have yet to be updated. Take for example, Hugo Weasley and his application. The first post states that he is a sixth year. If you take a look at his mini profile, you'll find that he's currently out of Hogwarts. So anyone reading his application will get confused. This problem can be solved by updating his application or by using the template that is provided below. As you can see from the third post in the thread, Jiggy is using the template below.

Everyone has a choice to either update their original application or use the template below and post in their original application thread.

Hopefully this makes things easier for everyone!
